Regional Vice President - Simpson Housing Regional Office located near Addison – Dallas, TX

As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for:
Providing strategic direction and operational oversight for all assets within the region as well as monitoring property performance/income and expense
Monitoring appearance of each community
Supervising Community Managers and/or Regional Property Managers
Recruiting, hiring and training Regional Managers and/or Community Managers and employees in property portfolios
Preparing annual budgets
Preparing monthly variance and forecast reports
Implementing and monitoring operational policies, procedures, and best practices
Ensuring adherence to Fair Housing Practices, and Landlord Tenant Laws
Monitoring Customer Service satisfaction
- Maintaining a positive work environment by communicating and interacting professionally with co-workers, residents, customers, vendors and management
- Bachelors degree preferred
- CPM candidate or CPM designation
- 10 years in the housing industry with 5 years multi-site experience
- Prior experience supervising Regional Property Managers
- Strong financial acumen
- Exceptional leadership, communication and people-development skills
- Expertise in market analysis, revenue management, and operational technology platforms
- Ability to navigate complex operational challenges and make data-driven decisions
- Willingness to travel regularly within the region up to 30% of the time
- Requires practical computer skills with extensive Excel and Word experience
- Ability to assess Marketing needs and effectively implement advertising campaigns
- Yardi experience a plus

Pay Range: $154,600 - $190,000 per year
This pay range is approximate and the actual pay received may vary dependent upon certain factors such as related job experience, education, training, professional/industry certifications, etc. Please note this pay range does not include any additional compensation this position may be eligible for as listed above, such as commissions or bonuses.
