Financial Analyst II applies well-established accounting and financial principles, theories, concepts, and practices to moderately difficult problems. Performs a combination of core FP&A expense management and forecast, along with various complex forms of financial analysis for potential financial investments in marketing and customer experience departments. Completes and distributes nonstandard reports and statements of a complex nature.
What You’ll Do
Maintains detailed monthly expense forecasting for the Supply Chain organization.
Manages and maintains good working relationships with all relevant cross functional business partners.
Performs advanced financial analyses and develops standard and nonstandard reports and statements of a complex nature
Develops financial models to aid in investment decisions in various departments. Presents results to leadership in all areas of the business
Develops operational models that provide insight on the effects of changes in operating programs and identifies business efficiencies.
Influence and provide decision support to Supply Chain organization
Analyze and explain financial results
Identify areas of risk and opportunity
Other duties assigned by management
What You’ll Need
Bachelor's Degree (BA / BS/ BFA) or equivalent
Proficient use of Microsoft Office software programs such as Word, Outlook and Excel
Superior analytical skills, combined with business judgment and ability to communicate with a management team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organized, detail-oriented, and thorough
Comfortability in working with assumptions and imperfect data
Team player with a positive attitude
Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel
Experience using financial modeling software such as TM1 or COGNOS a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to adjust to fast-paced work environment
