We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our residents in achieving their optimal health and well-being.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign assessments

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the primary care physician and other members of the healthcare team

• Participate in in-service education and training programs to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and industry developments

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient satisfaction and family-centered care

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements:

• Current LPN licensure in the State of Pennsylvania

• Prior experience preferred

• Graduate Nurses welcome!
