Caregiver Pay & Benefits

What Caregivers will Do
Provide companionship and conversation
Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
Offer medication reminders
Support with bathing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care
Assist with transfers and mobility
Provide Alzheimer’s & Dementia care
Caregiver Requirements
Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (facility or in‑home care)
Ability to treat seniors with dignity and respect
Clean background check and drug screen
Reliable transportation
Strong communication skills
Preferred: Valid driver’s license and car insurance
