As a Nursing Home Concierge you will serve as a point of contact and resource for residents and their families offering assistance with a variety of needs and helping to create a more comfortable and welcoming environment. They often act as a liaison between residents, staff, and families, ensuring smooth communication and coordination of care.
Duties:

Greeting and orienting residents and visitors:Providing a welcoming presence and helping new residents get settled.

Assisting with daily needs:Helping with tasks like scheduling appointments, arranging transportation, coordinating with family members, and managing mail.

Providing information and resources:Connecting residents with relevant services, activities, and community resources.

Facilitating communication:Ensuring clear communication between residents, families, and the nursing home staff.
