About the Job

The Network Analyst for the Culture Media Network will drive the success of the Network by articulating and delivering actionable insights that define programming strategy, optimize platform publishing, and delivers key audience/project insights. This role will report to the VP, Culture Media Network and support and interface with the whole Culture team. The Analyst is instrumental in shaping the way that the network delivers deep insights that drive KPI growth and informs stakeholders how users engage with our content and drive consumption. Delivered insights will be key to building campaign briefs, content greenlighting, media performance measurement, and audience optimization. Successful partnership with cross-functional teams and the Red Bull Insights and Analytics community will allow the Analyst to deliver actionable insights and reporting, support highly relevant content optimization, and drive Red Bull KPIs.

that matter most for this role:
  • 8+ years digital content marketing and/or Programming for a media/entertainment brand
  • Track record of marketing a global brand via social media by transforming creative ideas into successful campaigns across multiple sub-brands that drive consumer engagement, sustainable audience growth, positive brand sentiment, credibility, and innovation
  • Strong people-management skills that enable you to interact with a wide range of personalities/styles and establish effective relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Advanced decision-making skills with proven ability to drive direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams
  • Must provide examples of developing and executing social media content marketing strategies that grow audiences and deliver on engagement metrics
  • Possess a rigorous understanding of how to program video content for audiences on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok
  • Track record of driving adoption of new ideas and concepts, and pioneering new approaches within your team or company
  • Extreme attention to detail with relentlessly high standards
  • Innate willingness to roll up your sleeves
  • Agile Project Management and Kanban are a huge plus
  • Strong planning, project execution, and analytical competencies
  • Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal and presentations
  • •Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in related discipline •MBA Preferred •Certification in analytic domain specific languages, statistics, or data science
