Rands Trucking guarantees that ALL owner operators will make at least $125,000 per year or we write you a check for the difference! For drivers who are OTR 27+ days per month (82 days per quarter), Rands Trucking guarantees $125,000 gross pay. 1 day = 5+ hours

Owner Operator Explanation of Pay:

• $1.40 per mile + FSC (calculated weekly) ALL MILES PAID! +$.02 CPM for all assisted windows loads
• $.04 Performance Bonuses (paid quarterly) will be calculated based on mileage ran for the quarter
• Stop Pay: $30 per stop ALL STOPS PAID
• Jobsite Stops: $40 per stop
• CA Stop Pay: $75 per stop
• CA Jobsite Stops: $200 per stop
• Detention/Layover Pay: $30 per hour (after first hour)
• Weekend Layover: $300
• New York City/Long Island Bonus: $100
• Additional Window Load: $100

Owner Operator Requirements

• Must have 1 Year Verifiable Experience
• Willing to do multi-stop
• Willing to do driver-assist unload
• Must speak English
• No more than 3 places of Employment in Past Year
• No more than 3 moving violations or preventable accidents in the past 3 years
