About the Job

The Technical Specialist, Customer Initiated Testing, assists in the development and execution of QuestDirect / Customer Initiated Testing.  The role collaborates with colleagues and internal and external resources to develop and execute programs across Consumer Initiated Testing initiatives.
This position will report into the Product Director, Customer Initiated Testing

Duties and Responsibilities:
Project execution:Collaborates with commercial sales, customer solutions support, operations team and product director to ensure program execution and customer follow-up
Customer assistance: Provide assistance to customers and clients, responding to inquiries, questions, complaints, and needs.
Project automation:Identifies manual processes for automation and streamlining to drive greater efficiency; Presents recommendations to Product Director and executes
Customer solutions engagement:Coordinates with customer solution specialists and others to communicate with clients (i.e. reporting, CiT solutions, strategies), identify opportunities for improvement, and executes any overflow work when needed (including but not limited to creation of documents to support testing events, coordination of event support)
Record keeping / analytics: Keep up-to-date information on program statistics, marketing achievements for product and service specific promotions, maintain accurate records and program usage / utilization
Account reconciliation:Works cross-functionally to track and reconcile accounts

Education Preferred:     
Bachelor’s degree

Work Experience:           
Entry level position
Internship or previous work experience in health care or a direct-to-consumer service business preferred
