As Vice President – Platform Marketing you will own the internal and external articulation and communication of the strengths of Epsilon’s CORE platforms, while identifying marketplace opportunities and threats from competing platforms, and using the insight to contribute crucial guidance to platform managers. Your first focus will be on CORE ID, our foundational identity platform, and on continuing to develop and structure the internal and external framing of its definition, value and application both in general and in client meetings. You will partner closely with the Vice-President of Identity Analytics, who is the source of analytical insights and analytical consulting on Identity. You will participate in evaluating potential identity partnerships, and in the globalization of CORE ID and federating it into the ecosystem, and own the external communication of those. Your role will then expand beyond Identity into the other CORE platforms, and you will play a similar role in each of those.


  • Excellent communicator both with external partners and with diverse groups of internal  stakeholders
  • Deep knowledge of the ecosystem, able to challenge and correct inaccurate assumptions about Epsilon’s platforms and their place in it
  • Thorough understanding of competitors’ platform capabilities
  • Strategic thinker who can frame Epsilon’s platforms in the context of the ecosystem
  • Key source of platform positioning for Product and Corporate marketing teams
  • Strong business sense, able to understand and correctly balance the technical and business demands on successful industry platforms
  • Key source of marketplace feedback to improve Epsilon’s platforms
  • Owner of ongoing monitoring and evaluation of competing platforms


  • 10-15 years of experience in digital ecosystem in a product management, product marketing, and/or partnership development role
  • Prior experience in external-facing communication of complex platforms or products
  • Prior experience in digital advertising platform or product evaluation
  • Educational background of B.S., or equivalent experience, in a technical discipline
  • Experience in influencing diverse internal and external audiences
