Job Description

What You Will Do

Epsilon is seeking a Digital Solutions Consultant in its Enterprise Software Sales Division who will be responsible for presenting and highlighting the People Cloud Loyalty software product to prospective clients. These activities will include:

  • Successfully demonstrate Epsilon’s solution capabilities to prospective clients within the context of their business and marketing environment
  • Effectively collaborate with sales teams (including cross-functional representatives from sales, client services, product management and custom development) in the pursuit of new business opportunities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in proposing and presenting Epsilon’s People Cloud Loyalty offerings
  • Advise on best practices utilization of advanced product functionality
  • Analyze and prioritize detailed business and technical requirements
  • Build a comprehensive understanding of People Cloud Loyalty and go to market value proposition and act as an evangelist with key prospects and targets
  • Partner with Product Management to identify market trends, solution benefits and contribute to direction of product roadmap
  • Role will include preparing and delivering on product demonstrations

Qualifications

What You Will Need

  • Minimum of 11 years’ industry experience
  • Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree preferred
  • Able to configure / customize demo environments (either individually or working with a remote team)
  • Understand and articulate value proposition of software products to help attract, engage and retain prospects/customers across verticals
  • Be conversant in both the business and technical aspects of solution to confidently answer client questions and inquiries, and to facilitate effective decision making
  • Ability to think strategically (outside-the-box) and provide creative solutions
  • Able to lead or co-lead client meetings, with a strong ability to consume, distill and process information in real-time in order to problem solve in the context of the solution
  • Prior Solution Consulting / Sales Engineering experience
  • Ability to tell a compelling story and build customer journeys
  • Strong experience and knowledge within Digital Marketing ecosystem, customer experience and technology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Will require up to 50% travel
