As a Director, you will be based in New Hope, PA working with a highly experienced team of energetic and entrepreneurial professionals.

Job Description

  • Works with senior management on business development efforts and responsible for day-to-day management of client relationships and investment banks, legal counsel, financial sponsors throughout the equity underwriting process.
  • Work with senior team members to identify, source and introduce potential clients for capital markets transactions.
  • Develop pitch and marketing material for potential clients.
  • Advise both corporate and private equity clients on initial public offerings, follow-ons and block trades.
  • Manage the day-to-day deal process for clients and financial sponsors through the transaction execution process.
  • Supervise and mentor staff members, train team on transaction structuring/execution, lead generation, pitch development, and presentations to potential clients.

Selling. – Applies knowledge of banking products and services to meet customer needs and enable them to achieve their financial goals. Identifies prospecting approaches to identify potential customers and create opportunities to sell financial solutions and ideas to customers.

Work Experience

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry relevant experience is typically 8+ years. Specific certifications are often required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
