Position OverviewSolebury Capital is the leading independent Equity Markets Advisory firm in the Americas. Our dedicated team provides corporate, financial sponsor and venture capital clients with sophisticated, independent and unbiased advice as they prepare to raise capital in both the public and private equity markets. As a Director, you will be based in New Hope, PA working with a highly experienced team of energetic and entrepreneurial professionals.

FINRA Series 79 and Series 63 required within 120 days of hire.
- Works with senior management on business development efforts and responsible for day-to-day management of client relationships and investment banks, legal counsel, financial sponsors throughout the equity underwriting process.
- Work with senior team members to identify, source and introduce potential clients for capital markets transactions.
- Develop pitch and marketing material for potential clients.
- Advise both corporate and private equity clients on initial public offerings, follow-ons and block trades.
- Manage the day-to-day deal process for clients and financial sponsors through the transaction execution process.
- Supervise and mentor staff members, train team on transaction structuring/execution, lead generation, pitch development, and presentations to potential clients.

Work ExperienceRoles at this level typically require a university / college degree. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry relevant experience is typically 8+ years. Specific certifications are often required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
