About the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Role:
We are seeking compassionate and skilled CNAs to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a CNA at Pinnacle Multicare Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to our residents, including:
Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to nurses and physicians
Assisting with mealtime routines and hydration
Maintaining a safe and clean environment for our residents
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities and medical treatments
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and interactions
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care
Maintain confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA regulations
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Requirements:
Currently certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of New York
1 year of experience as a CNA in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
