About the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Role:

We are seeking compassionate and skilled CNAs to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a CNA at Pinnacle Multicare Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to our residents, including:

  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to nurses and physicians

  • Assisting with mealtime routines and hydration

  • Maintaining a safe and clean environment for our residents

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities and medical treatments

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and interactions

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care

  • Maintain confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA regulations

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Requirements:

  • Currently certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of New York

  • 1 year of experience as a CNA in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting

  • Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
