Responsibilities

The contractor shall provide full-time Maritime GEOINT Analyst support in support of the customer GEOINT Watch for one watch position. Shift work will be required and rotating shift work will be necessary.

The contractor shall provide imagery analysis and exploitation support for maritime/operational related issues. The contractor shall provide GEOINT based exploitation reports using multiple formats consistent with customer GEOINT watch SOP. This support shall primarily be the exploitation of NTM and FMV within customer standard exploitation systems.

The contractor shall participate in testing and analysis of new algorithm outputs and capabilities, to include data labeling in support of maritime GEOINT objects.

In the conduct of performance, the contactor shall develop and maintain desktop procedures, techniques, and methodologies related to customer and maritime missions. The contractor shall assist with training of rotating or new personnel that may augment the overall GEOINT Watch. The training may include hands-on instruction, analyst-to-analyst exchanges, or working aids.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Formal military imagery analysis training or equivalent civilian remote sensing certification(s)
  • Two years of practical work experience exploiting National Technical Means (NTM) imagery
  • Have one year experience writing technical products, reports and briefs
  • Familiarity with NTM GEOINT tasking and collections requirements mechanisms and tools
  • Contract personnel assigned to this task shall complete all customer GEOINT watch training and certification requirements 301 and 302 Joint Qualification Record and attain NSG proficiency level one (PL1) within 90 calendar days of arrival.
  • Contract personnel assigned to this task shall complete 303 JQR and attain and maintain GPC-IA II within 180 calendar days of arrival
