Peraton is seeking a Software Development Analyst to support the SEARCHS program. The States System for the Enforcement and Recovery of Child Support (SEARCHS) is the automated statewide system that supports the State of Montana's Child Support Program (CSP). SEARCHS has provided automated case and financial management support to the CSP for over 25 years. Roles and Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities will focus on full life cycle software development and maintenance of C# applications. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Research, design, develop, and/or modify enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software. Involved in planning of system and development deployment as well as responsible for meeting software compliance standards. Evaluate interface between hardware and software, operational requirements, and characteristics of overall system. Document testing and maintenance of system corrections. Participate in design and code peer reviews. Perform unit, system and integration testing along with assisting in development of test and conversion plans. Prepare deliverables such as design, system and operations documentation using Microsoft Office products This requisition may be filled at a higher grade based on qualifications listed below.


Qualifications

Software Development Analyst Basic Qualifications: At least 2 years experience with Bachelors in Science or 4 years experience with Associates degree Experience with C#, .NET, SQL, PL/SQL and XML Experience with relational databases, including Oracle Demonstrated skills in solving problems and responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction Principal Software Development Analyst Basic Qualifications: At least 5 years experience with Bachelors in Science or 7 years experience with Associates degree Experience with C#, .NET, SQL, PL/SQL and XML Experience with relational databases, including Oracle Demonstrated skills in solving problems and responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Web technologies including Java, HTML, JavaScript, JSP, Soap UI and JQuery, Hibernate, Angular, Java Server Faces and Bootsfaces Experience with CSS, web services (REST/SOAP) and/or C#/.NET Experience using automated testing tools Experience with MyEclipse and Subversion Health and Human Service business knowledge Experience using Agile processes (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
