This role involves analyzing global market trends, developing salary structures, and ensuring compliance with pay equity and regulatory requirements. The specialist collaborates with Global Compensation partners, HR, and Talent Advisory to create competitive compensation frameworks that support talent attraction, retention, motivation and align with the organizations evolving workforce needs in a complex, high-growth environment.
