The ODP Corporation recently announced a new technology business and the acquisition of Enterprise Software as a Service (SaaS) company, BuyerQuest. We are seeking talented and ambitious Supplier Enablement Specialists to join our rapidly growing team. The right candidate ensures that our suppliers are able to maximize the benefit of using the BuyerQuest Network after being successfully enabled.
The Supplier Enablement Specialist is responsible for understanding the client’s supplier requirements and ensuring that those requirements are successfully incorporated during the supplier enablement effort. This role will work closely with the project manager, implementation lead and other supplier enablement consultants to ensure a successfully supplier enablement effort.
Job Responsibilities
• Be the subject matter expert on the BuyerQuest supplier enablement process.
• Understand the needs of different supplier types and how the client wants to enable those suppliers.
• Carefully track and document all supplier enablement activities.
• Provide enablement effort across all three main phases of supplier enablement: Catalog enablement (hosted and punchout), purchase order enablement (email, cXML and EDI) and invoice enablement (PO flip, cXML and EDI).
• Provide supplier training via one-on-one calls or webinars.
Qualifications:
• At least 1-2 years of supplier enablement experience in the Procurement industry.
• Experience with systems testing and business process re-engineering.
• Solid of the concept of hosted and punchout catalogs and how to integrate punchout catalogs utilizing cXML and OCI.
• Experience in Procurement, Spend Management or Supply Chain consulting.
• Domain Knowledge of B2B Procurement or eCommerce market and software packages, such as SAP/Ariba, Coupa, iValua, Oracle/PeopleSoft, or IBM WebSphere Commerce.
• Attention to detail, good judgment, excellent communication, and a great attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills with emphasis on being a self-starter.
• Computer Science, MIS, or Business Bachelor's Degree or applicable experience.
• Comfortable presenting to internal cross-functional teams and clients/prospects.
