LPN Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to assigned residents
- Administer medications and treatments
- Assist physicians with procedures as needed
- Reinforce healthcare instructions to residents and families
- Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment
- Assist with unit management or assume charge when assigned
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in Pennsylvania
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment
