What You’ll Do as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Administer medications safely and accurately under physician or RN guidance

Monitor and record vital signs, keeping a close eye on patient health

Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and families about care plans

Document treatments and assessments in electronic medical records (EMRs)

Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and therapists to deliver coordinated care

Recognize and report changes in patient condition promptly
-
Uphold infection control, safety, confidentiality, and ethical standards at all times
What We’re Looking For with our Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of employment

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program

Strong nursing knowledge and excellent communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team

Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

Experience with EMRs is a plus but not required
