```Duties:```
- Administer medications to patients as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature
- Assist with physical examinations and medical procedures
- Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records
- Follow medication administration protocols and ensure proper dosage and timing
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor patients for any adverse reactions or side effects from medications
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience as a Medication Aide or similar role in a nursing home or healthcare setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and common medications
- Familiarity with medication administration systems, such as Cerner or similar electronic systems
- Ability to accurately document medical information and maintain confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Valid certification as a Medication Aide in accordance with state regulations
