WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR As we accelerate our offense, we need a Platform Partnerships Director to join us! This person is a motivated strategic problem solver with a consistent track record of working within a sophisticated and sometimes ambiguous environment. Someone who is eager to join a hard-working team who will evolve how we work with Partners and use platforms to expand Nike presence in our Members' daily lives. The ideal candidate has a consistent record of serving Members and using data to lead teams and make business decisions.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON As the Platform Partnerships Director, you will create the partnership strategy and lead the relationship with top Global Platforms that will put our Membership program in the path of new and existing members through Nike's presence on those platforms, their presence on Nike's properties and Member Account linking tools that would connect both. You and your team will have to successfully negotiate and manage complex partnerships with Industry-leading companies that will sustain Nike's cutting edge. You will oversee the implementation of those agreements daily and measure its results for maximum impact and reach in service of our Member Growth Strategic Plan.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH You will work with senior leadership team members and cross functional teams to support and ensure partner implementations are on track and delivering against plan. These are both internal and external teams, including Member Growth Team, Digital Product, Brand Marketing, Consumer Data Sciences and Digital Operations on the Nike side and Software, Hardware, Content, Business Development, etc. on the Partners' side.

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7-10 years of industry expertise on major global digital platforms
  • 8+ years of leadership experience
  • Experience on how to use these platforms to drive net new members and integration
  • Deep understanding of Platform connections and data management
  • Experience presenting to senior level executives
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle and prioritize simultaneous projects
  • Team oriented, proactive, flexible and with a desire to learn and grow
