Location: Nightingale at Crossett – Crossett, Arkansas
Shifts Available: 7am–3pm • 3pm–11pm • 11pm–7am

Position Summary
Nightingale at Crossett is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our residentcentered care team. CNAs play a vital role in supporting residents with daily needs, promoting dignity, comfort, and safety while contributing to a positive, teamfocused environment. Key Responsibilities
Resident Care & Support

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.

Support residents with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs.

Provide comfort, companionship, and respectful interaction throughout the day.

Respond promptly and kindly to resident requests and call lights.
Clinical Support & Documentation

Take and record vital signs, weights, and other routine measurements.

Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nurse.

Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with facility policies.
Teamwork & Communication

Collaborate with nurses and fellow CNAs to ensure coordinated, highquality care.

Participate in shift handoffs and communicate effectively with coworkers.

Support a positive, respectful, and teamoriented work culture.
Environment & Safety
-
Maintain clean, safe resident rooms and common areas.

Follow infection control, safety, and facility protocols.

Support survey readiness and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
-
Active CNA certification in the state of Arkansas.
-
Previous longterm care or healthcare experience preferred but not required.

Compassionate, patient, and committed to excellent resident care.

Reliable, teamoriented, and able to work assigned shift.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
