Responsibilities of the LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse:

  • Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.

  • Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) in a respectful, dignified manner.

  • Promote resident engagement and socialization to support mental and emotional well-being.

  • Ensure a safe and secure environment for residents and staff.

  • Follow the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.

  • Accurately document resident history, vitals, and any clinical changes.

  • Communicate effectively with registered nurses (RNs), physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.


Qualifications for LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse:

  • Current LPN license in the state of Missouri (Required)

  • Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills

  • Passion for providing person-centered care

  • Prior experience in long-term care, assisted living, rehab, or a similar healthcare setting preferred
