Contract Duration: 12 Months with extensions

Will be supporting lending capabilities within the wholesale operations. They will be responsible for leading project teams and managing all activities in the project life-cycle associated with Lending Operations projects.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of project or product delivery
  • Ability to facilitate meetings, track timelines and manage issues.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, JIRA, and SharePoint
  • Experience working in Agile environment
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to quickly re-prioritize work in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
  • Work with minimal direction and take initiative in identifying opportunities, areas for improvement, decision making and problem solving
  • Work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important


Desired Experience 

  • Operations experience
  • LoanIQ and/or Lending knowledge

  • Facilitate project meetings
  • Manage enhancements and determine how they may affect Operations
  • Ensure procedure updates, demos, training, and communications are completed for each enhancement impacting Operations
  • Troubleshooting issues and collaborating with team members to find solutions
  • Liaison with leadership as needed
