Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, coordinating, and implementing a variety of youth engagement and community partnership initiatives (Twins youth baseball and softball outreach, community ticket programs, community partnership experiences, etc.)
• Help create an impact in the community
• Support the Community Relations department with game day activations, diversity and inclusion, special events, Twins Community Fund events, and other duties as assigned

• College student or recent college graduate
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to interact professionally with current players and alumni
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organization skills and ability to multitask
• Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and/or holidays as required by deadlines and event scheduling
• Ability to lift items weighing as much as 35 pounds

• Passion for volunteerism and community development
• Passion for community relations
• Valid driver's license and comfort driving in the Twin Cities metro area
