Summary:
Coordinates, plans, organize, and dispatch service technicians in response to customer service requests and in conjunction with hospital and department needs using Facilities Information System Software.Responsibilities:
Provides direct communication to clients, customers, and supervisors regarding status of work orders in progress, work requests, problems, and schedules.Collaborates with supervisors to schedule manpower to meet service request needs in a timely manner.Maintains integrity of system data in order to produce accurate service, compliance and contract documentation and reports.Organize, coordinate, schedule and dispatch technicians with work orders and contract assignments according to urgency, location and Division Manager direction.Responsible for documenting and maintaining all incoming service requests and work orders, obtain pertinent and appropriate information from customers, record type and scope of service to be performed.Assists with administrative duties critical to successful department operations, such as documenting procedures, inventory control, purchasing, accounts payable issue, filing and general trouble shooting activities to resolve issues.Competencies:
