Job Description

  • Position Summary:

    • Provides support to the WIC program through reception duties such as answering phones and scheduling appointments, file management, certification, and check printing/processing. This position is also responsible for notifications, computer operations and quality assurance.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

    • EDUCATION:

      • High school diploma or equivalent with Associates degree preferred.

    • EXPERIENCE:

      • 1-2 years experience working in a general healthcare or community office environment.

    • SKILLS/ABILITIES:

      • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Must enjoy working with the public.
