Job Description

  • Responsible for scheduling outpatient services in support of providing healthcare access to all patients and physicians. Will obtain and maintain all information and documentation to ensure submission of clean and compliant claims. Will function as part of a multidisciplinary team that supports the revenue cycle to ensure Hallmark Health is reimbursed for all outpatient services rendered through adherence to all documentation, coding and billing guidelines. Will pre-register accounts as needed. Also be able to obtain an interpreter if needed.


  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required


    Level of knowledge equivalent to Associates degree in related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of Meditech Scheduling and Admissions module. One to three years Patient Access experience.

    • Good interpersonal, organizational communication skills; both verbal and written. Ability to prioritize and respond effectively to multiple and /or changing job expectations.
