The Tollgate is a large, lively pub in the heart of Old Trafford; the go-to spot for both pre and post match drinks for Manchester United fans. With multiple screens showing all the major sports, a spacious interior and a covered garden, it’s built for atmosphere and busy match days.
Weekly takings average approximately £10,000, with the potential to reach £20,000 on home game days. There’s also plenty of scope to build a strong local following through pub teams, darts and driving community events.
We’re looking for a hands-on, community-minded operator who loves sport and knows how to lead from the front. You’ll need experience running high-volume, wet-led pubs and local knowledge would be a real bonus.
