We are looking for an operator with experience in running a strong food operation and experience in putting on popular events to drive the wet trade.
You will have the opportunity to provide a ‘flexible’ Signature menu to enable designing an offer that is bespoke to this particular pub and local demographic. This flexibility to allow you to tailor the offer in accordance to what your guests desire coupled with operational capability of the business.
The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms with private bathroom and kitchen above the pub.
The pub is currently turning over £10,000 per week on a 50/50 wet/dry split.
