We are seeking a Licensed Social Worker to play a key role in supporting Veteran Services and the mental health services for adults and families. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about client advocacy, care coordination, and improving access to mental health resources.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct client interviews, assessments, and intake evaluations
- Coordinate referrals to appropriate mental health and community services
- Serve as a liaison between clients, providers, and community partners
- Identify service gaps and help remove barriers to care, treatment, and daily stability
- Support clients with appointment scheduling, medication coordination, and resource navigation
- Advocate for client rights while addressing social and systemic challenges
- Collaborate with providers to monitor treatment effectiveness and client progress
- Provide ongoing education to individuals and families on coping skills, daily living, and employment supports
Requirements:
- Must hold a current and active LSW, LMSW, or LCSW license issued by the State of Nevada Board of Examiners for Social Workers
- Background check (No misdemeanors or felonies)
- Drug test (Zero tolerance for all drugs)
- Valid drivers' license required
Details:
- $38.00/hr
- Full-time (40 hrs/week) including occasional evenings/weekends
- Travel within Clark County
