What You’ll Do:

  • Lead energizing, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) classes that help participants reach their fitness goals.
  • Create and deliver exciting, results-driven workouts that are inclusive, fun, and motivating.
  • Build strong relationships with your participants and help them in their fitness journey.
  • Provide guidance on proper form, techniques, and modifications to ensure a safe and effective workout experience for all skill levels.
  • Additional tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Must obtain First Aid; CPR/AED, within 30 days of hire date.
  • Fitness Certification or valid certification for the specific class(es) assigned
  • Six (6) months of formal fitness or classroom teaching, or related experience; or, an equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
  • Provide courteous and efficient service to the public and in responding to inquiries, complaints and requests in a fair, tactful and firm manner.
  • Able to develop fitness routines that incorporates music, tempo, cueing techniques, rhythm, and choreography
  • Able to develop and implement fitness classes appropriate to the class description and ability level of participants.
  • Supervise multiple games and activities simultaneously.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Operate basic computer programs.
  • Able to write reports and fill out forms.
  • Use critical thinking and judgement while assessing situations.

Note: You must be able to commute to Queen Creek, AZ. Part time position and certification is required.
