Hiring Dance Instructors for Local Center - Immediate Openings!

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced part-time dance instructors to organize, lead, and teach dance classes in a fun and supportive environment.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and choreograph engaging routines for classes and events.
- Instruct and guide participants of all skill levels, ensuring a positive, inclusive experience.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of participants by adhering to safety protocols, monitoring activities, and handling emergencies as necessary.
- Maintain dance equipment and supplies, ensuring they are used properly and safely.
- Promote class participation through outreach efforts, marketing, and community engagement.
- Prepare reports, maintain attendance records, and complete necessary documentation related to incidents, program updates, and other relevant data.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the facility’s programs.
Skills and Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must obtain First Aid, CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.
- Dance Certification or equivalent certification for dance instruction
- Minimum of six (6) months of formal dance teaching experience or equivalent education and experience to perform the duties of the role.
- A passion for dance and helping others develop their skills.
