Operational Excellence and Sustainability Specialist

Your new role
As an Operational Excellence and Sustainability Specialist, you will lead initiatives to optimize operations and sustainability at Lundbeck Iberia. This pivotal role involves managing relationships with key suppliers, overseeing mobility and travel platforms, and driving strategic savings programs. You'll also spearhead the Procure4Growth and “Reinvertimos” program, which aims to free up resources for reinvestment in innovation and talent. Your work will contribute to embedding efficiency and sustainability into the organizational culture.
Your future team
Join a collaborative and dedicated team in the Finance & Commercial Excellence department, part of the MEC division at Lundbeck Iberia. You’ll work closely with colleagues in Iberia and Denmark. What you bring to the team
We’re looking for someone with:
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or similar.
- Additional training in procurement, sustainability, or project management is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years in procurement, operations, or general services management roles.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects.
- Supplier and contract management skills.
- Travel/mobility platforms knowledge.
- Proficiency in using Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
- Power BI Knowledge (as a plus): Familiarity with Power BI for enhanced data visualization and reporting capabilities.
- ESG and corporate sustainability knowledge is a plus.
- High level of English & Spanish – Portuguese skills are an asset.
- Strong data analysis skills including trends identification and making data-driven decisions.
- Experience in leading contract negotiations with suppliers, vendors, and partners.
- A proven ability to address and resolve conflicts or disputes during negotiations professionally and effectively.
- Strong collaboration skills to engage with internal and external stakeholder.
