The Enterprise Operations Analysis (EOA) group in Littleton, Colorado is searching for an engineer with experience in mission modeling, modeling & simulation (M&S), and data analysis. The selected candidate will conduct operations analysis (OA) to provide data-driven insights to groups across multiple Lines of Business within LM Space, helping shape their strategies to meet customer needs.

Analysis studies may include a wide variety of topics, such as multi-domain military engagements; intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR); communications; satellite access; and satellite orbits.

You will have the opportunity to:
- Perform modeling, simulation, and analysis on a variety of space-based topics
- Conduct mission modeling, functional analysis, timeline analysis, and detailed trade studies
- Regularly engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand their analysis needs
- Manage project statuses, delegate tasking, and collaborate with team members to complete tasks
- Lead briefings of results to stakeholders and customers
- Train team members on OA, M&S, and data analytic techniques.

The candidate may have the ability to work a 4x10 or standard (5x8) schedule.
Basic Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in mission modeling, simulation, and analytical tools (e.g. AFSIM, STK, MATLAB)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with customers, management, and peers
- Strong analytic problem-solving background
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Active Top Secret security clearance
Desired Skills:
- Proficiency in AFSIM, STK, and/or Cameo
- SIGINT, GEOINT, or radar domain expertise, including relevant missions and customer sets
- Satellite mission operations, integration, and/or systems engineering experience.
- Experience leading projects for a team
- Strong Math/Physics/Statistics background with data analytics experience
- Demonstrated capability to proactively work through difficult technical problems
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with briefing experience
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate successfully among multiple engineering and technical disciplines
- Experience working as part of a team
- Master's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) or related field
- Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance

Pay Rate:
In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $102,400 - $170,600 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
