Job Description:
Lockheed Martin is seeking an experienced Program Quality Engineer (QE) Sr based in Arlington, TX supporting the PAC-3 MSE Production program.What You Will Be Doing
This position requires mechanical or quality engineering experience developing and reviewing quality standards, methods, work instructions and procedures for the inspection of manufactured and procured products.
Duties include but are not limited to:
· Ensure contractual quality requirements are
implemented and verified, along with interfacing
with sites daily.
· Participate (as required) in failure/diagnosis and Material Review Board (MRB) activities which includes dispositioning non-conforming hardware, identifying hardware containment requirements, identifying appropriate root cause and corrective action is taken to prevent recurrence.
· Reading and interpreting engineering requirements, specifications and applying their intent for evaluating acceptance of quality products.
· Provide technical liaison support related to quality engineering matters.
· Identifying solutions to complex problems with a focus on continual improvement practices using resources like Causal Analysis to drive Corrective Action and Preventive Action.
· Driving strategies resulting in optimal business
methods and practices for strengthening the
Quality Management System
· Support the Integrated Product Team and various production sites with reviews of quality data on yields, rework, scrap and non-conformance aging.
· Performs assessments and audits on processes and procedures to ensure compliance to specifications, engineering drawings, procedures and ISO-9001/AS9100.
· Utilize quality methodologies and Missiles and Fire Control policies and procedures.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Qualifications:
· STEM degree at the Bachelor level or above, or equivalent experience/combined education.· Strong understanding of engineering requirements and mechanical and electrical inspection methods - ability to interpret drawings, specifications, contracts that will enable development and review of QE processes, and related Performance Metrics.
· Experience with control and disposition of non-conforming material (Material Review Board).
· Capable of performing root cause analysis and identifying solutions to complex problems utilizing causal analysis tools.
