You will be a Chemical Engineer for our team in Camden, AR. Our team is responsible for implementing and optimizing chemical processes, including painting, coating, bonding, sealing, and corrosion mitigation, to ensure the quality and integrity of our products.What You Will Be Doing
As a Chemical Engineer, you will be responsible for the development and optimization of chemical processes, analyzing root causes, and implementing corrective actions. Your responsibilities will include:
• Documentation and optimization of current and new chemical processes
• Root cause and corrective action analysis
• Knowledge of various coating processes, engineering materials, and general manufacturing processes
• Interpretation of engineering drawings and application of corrosion mitigation methods

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline.Knowledge of various coating processes.
Knowledge of engineering materials.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
Knowledge of general manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of corrosion mitigation methods.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Experience in a production environment.
