Live Well Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Server to work in a Nursing Facility.
Focus
Personalized care, dietary restrictions, and patience for residents needing minor physical assistance.
Server Position Summary:
The Server delivers attentive meal service while closely following specific dietary orders and care plans to ensure resident safety and health. This takes place in a controlled, supportive dining room with assigned seating. The pace is steady but predictable. The layout includes wider aisles to accommodate walkers and wheelchairs; servers must be mindful of floor obstructions.
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
Ability to understand and follow specific diet orders, tray cards, and portion control requirements to prevent health risks.
Assist residents with menu selections and accommodate mobility challenges or special needs during the meal.
Strictly follow infection control procedures and food safety protocols (proper hand washing, cross-contamination prevention).
Work as a patient and tolerant member of the Dietary Team, coordinating with nursing staff to report changes in a resident’s intake or ability to eat.
