Position Summary

The Resident Services Specialist delivers the highest quality customer service to all residents and guests through professional greetings. Proactively meets the needs of residents, accurately answers questions and connects the resident to the apartment community, fitness club and local events.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Communication

  • Answers phone to assist with resident and guest inquiries
  • Coordinate and manage relationships with outside vendors such as florists, pet sitters, dry cleaners, catering and cleaning services
  • Connects with IT support team to trouble-shoot problems when resident has issues

Customer Service

  • Greets and admits residents and guests into the apartment
  • Develop and maintain friendly, professional relationships with residents and guests through a warm, genuine demeanor and exceptional customer service
  • Manage and maintain resident services, such as: package pick up, cleaning services, restaurant reservations, ticket inquiries, home services appointment

Community, Event and Club Knowledge

  • Drives community engagement by answering questions about upcoming events at the apartment, the fitness club and local communities
  • Works hand-in-hand with building management to ensure all property policies and procedures run smoothly and are followed according to building protocol
  • Answers general questions about Life Time Athletic and Work, and refers resident to appropriate point of contact when they do not know the answer

Position Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 6+ months of concierge or customer service experience
  • Knowledge of the city
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to proficiently use a computer

Preferred Requirements

  • 6+ months of receptionist experience
  • 6+ months of previous experience with Life Time
