Mission

Responsible for ensuring product availability, quality and cost effectiveness while delivering "The Levy Difference". Maintaining strong partnerships with all vendors, meet operations product needs on a timely basis and evaluate and recommend new products to enhance standards and increase profitability.

Major Areas of Responsibility

All major areas of responsibility are achieved through the Core Signature Guidelines.

Operations

  • Follows Levy standard steps of service
  • Maintains "show quality" of all areas at all times
  • Understands all menus, product offerings, packaging and pricing
  • Establishes rapport with team members, management and partners
  • Ensures guest expectations have been met and exceeded at all times
  • Acts with a sense of urgency, providing friendly and efficient service to teammates
  • Maintains service areas
  • Follows safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Follows and enforces Levy guidelines as stated in team member training manual and handbook
  • Completes scheduling of event runners for all events
  • Ensures all deliveries are properly handled using Levy guidelines

Controls

  • Follows proper procedures using Purchasing Systems and POS systems
  • Ensures all products are properly stored, rotated and dated in accordance with the Levy guidelines
  • Accurately and completely utilizes the purchasing module of the POS system
  • Follows correct inventory procedures for accountability
  • Maintains perpetual warehouse inventories
  • Thoroughly completes all purchasing requisitions
  • Accurately tracks all transferred inventories, purchase orders and received orders in the back-of-house system or POS system
  • Accurately tracks all inventories transferred during the events
  • Ensures all deliveries are made for all points of operation
  • Informs General Manager of Concessions of necessary maintenance of stand equipment
  • In conjunction with General Manager of Concessions, executes preventative maintenance schedule of all equipment

Team

  • Supervises all warehouse team members
  • Displays a positive attitude toward teammates
  • Assists fellow team members when necessary
  • Always on time and ready to perform all required duties

Job Requirements

  • English reading, writing, math and computer skills required
  • Must be able to stoop, bend and perform extensive standing and walking including stairs
  • May be required to perform diverse physical tasks
  • Possible hazards include, but are not limited to slips, trips, falls, burns, cuts and strains
  • Ability to experience and evaluate services in accordance with Levy standards
  • Ability to taste and evaluate food products
  • Stamina to work 60 hours or more per week
  • Must be able to work extended shifts of 10 hours or more as business dictates
  • Must be flexible with schedule and able to work different shifts
