Description
Leidos has an exciting opportunity for a Test Equipment Program Manager to support the National Airspace System (NAS) Second Level Engineering group. This role is ideal for a skilled, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in program management. You'll play a critical part in planning, directing, and coordinating activities to guide projects from initiation to operational delivery.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist the FAA in determining, monitoring, and reviewing all project economics, including costs, budgets, staffing, resources, and risks.
Lead project teams in translating client requirements into actionable operational plans.
Identify and assemble the right mix of resources to meet project needs.
Coordinate with matrixed staff to secure resources, schedule work, monitor progress, and report outcomes.
Facilitate regular status review meetings with project team members and stakeholders.
Collaborate with management to ensure adherence to project schedules and deliverables.
Coach and mentor team members to ensure goals are achieved within timelines.
Resolve technical or operational issues while ensuring compliance with contract requirements.
Support scope management and change control processes.
Track and deliver key performance metrics, analyze progress/costs, and recommend alternatives as needed.
Perform additional duties as tasks arise.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience. (Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.)
Prior experience as a Program Manager.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
FAA experience is highly desirable.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $63,700.00 - $115,150.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
