Description

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Product Manager to drive evangelization, prioritization, adoption and product innovation with high impact.
The Colleague Enablement areas consist of 6 product teams who compose the foundation of the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) across all sites, factories, shops and offices in the LEGO Group. We work closely with our partners LEGO ways of Working, Facilities and a number of Digitals Teams to deliver this experience every day.

Core Responsibilities

- Create and align roadmaps with Stakeholders, Partners and Digital Engineering Teams.
- Ensure visibility e.g. by creating stories for internal SoMe, demo products, seek user feedback, visit sites, observe user needs and be an active contributor in relevant communities.
- Champion the voice of our customers which are all Colleagues in the LEGO Group using existing user insights and establish new user research methods to deeply understand motivators, needs and difficulties.
- Partner up with our Digital Product Teams to ensure alignment on product development, deliveries and service levels.
- Prepare and present investment cases for internal partners to ensure consistent funding for delightful user experiences

Digital Technology Infrastructure is responsible for the Foundational Technologies fuelling the Digital Transformation and the many digital product teams across the LEGO Group. We cover both connectivity, cloud platforms, digital platforms and colleague enablement. This role will report directly to the leadership of Infrastructure and will be working with many key business partners ranging from Executive Leadership level to shop floor technician.

Do you have what it takes?

- Proven experience in product management with a Technical or Social Science background
- Proven experience working for a Tech/IT company improving user centric product delivery
- Basic knowledge of software development
- Passionate about delighting users
- Value focused and willing to share new solutions, which barely works, to win fast user feedback and speed up delivery cycles
- Familiar with good engineering practices and aware of avoiding technical dept
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- You are familiar with agile and DevOps delivery methods.
- You enjoy inspiring others to perform and develop
- You can structure and drive multiple initiatives
- You have some years of experience working in an international organisation with a complex IT environment
