We are currently seeking a Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to join our team!.

- Provide overall leadership and management of the facility.
- Lead all day-to-day operations of the facility in accordance with federal, state, and local standards and nursing home policies.
- Promote the highest degree of quality care for the residents.
All candidates must have:
- Minimum of two years as a Health Care Administrator or AIT
- Current Nursing Home Administrator License
- Prior experience in staff development (i.e., hiring, coaching, performance management, discipline, and delegation)
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- A proven track record in census and revenue growth, as well as experience managing budgets and controlling operational expenses
- Competent in organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to facilitate group meetings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with aptitude to learn new applications
