You will rotate between:
👶 Pediatric Urgent Care (1st Floor)
Fast-paced, same-day visits constant movement, problem-solving, and patient interaction
🧩 Pediatric Specialty Clinics (2nd Floor)
Exposure to 15+ specialties including cardiology, neurology, endocrinology, and more
🚀 What Youll Be Doing
- Patient check-in, registration, and scheduling
- Insurance verification and referrals
- Managing a high volume of patient interactions daily
- Supporting providers, clinical teams, and families
- Delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

📋 Position Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (required) | Associates preferred
- Experience:
- External: 2+ years customer service required
- 3+ years medical office experience preferred (Epic a plus)
- Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and computer skills
- Other: Must be flexible to float across locations; may include weekends/holidays
