Description

Job Summary

At Laser Spine Institute, our RNs are responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care throughout the peri-operative process in our world-class surgical facilities. In our patient-centric environment, the RN is responsible for acting as the patient advocate by ensuring safe and effective care. The peri-operative nurse provides planned and highly skilled nursing care for the immediate pre-operative and post-operative patients. Continuous patient observation by our highly skilled RNs allow for early recognition of medical or surgical complications that may arise in any patient. The circulating nurse is directly responsible for coordinating intra-operative care of the patient and indirectly responsible through collaboration, coordination and information sharing of both pre- and post-operative care.

At Laser Spine Institute, we understand the importance of a Registered Nurse who is both a highly skilled professional and a compassionate individual. We know that its about the people; whether patients or co-workers.

Registered Nurses at Laser Spine Institute are responsible for more than the direct patient care that we know they will provide. They are also responsible for having fun, maintaining a positive work/life balance (no seven-to-sevens here!), acting with integrity in everything they do, and being part of a dynamic and first-class organization.

To paraphrase our CEO, Healthcare is serious business. It can also be fun business.
