KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Talent & Culture Program Management to join our Talent & Culture team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the project/program management for KPMG’s Business Process Group’s Talent & Culture (BPG T&C) Account Team-related initiatives; develop and execute comprehensive project plans: define scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables; maintain the portfolio of BPG Account Team projects, including project plans, meeting agendas, slide decks, follow-up materials, key communications, and stakeholder considerations; proactively manage risks, issues and changes; resolve issues that may impact project delivery; ensure all project deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards
  • Serve as an active member of the Core Account Team, providing both project management and strategic input based on human capital expertise; collaborate with HR project/program managers across business units to ensure integrated and resource-optimized programs that leverage commonalities and automation opportunities
  • Manage and monitor portfolio/program budgetary requirements, using standardized reporting tools to track progress, KPIs, and ROI; present updates to HR leadership, and identify and track Risk Management and Controls protocols impacting programs/projects
  • Work with business and HR leaders to define, measure, and document project/program outcomes, benefits, and KPIs, including ROI and dashboard portfolio/program measurements
  • Present project proposals and statuses, ensuring transparency and clarity in communications, as well as facilitate project meetings, capture action items, and ensure follow-up with cross-functional teams for alignment and task execution
  • Participate in change management initiatives and provide strategic input to improve project outcomes based on human capital expertise

Qualifications:

  • Minimum six years of recent experience in managing project/programs and broad understanding of program and project management methodologies
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; project management certification preferred; or an additional three years of relevant work experience required
  • Experience participating on, or managing human resource program/project management initiatives
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, and Planview (Clarizen)
  • Strong attention to detail; excellent communication and interpersonal skills including ability to interact with senior leaders; outstanding time management skills with capability to meet deadlines
  • Exceptional leadership skills and able to work independently
