KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Scoping and Workflow to join our Growth and Strategy team.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a resourcing manager for KPMG’s National Pursuit Resource Center (NPRC)
- Take responsibility for reviewing new pursuit requests and managing the assignment of writers within the KPMG proposal team based in the US, India, and Jamaica
- Collaborate within the firm to gather and address relevant feedback, resolve concerns, problem solve related issues
- Evaluate new opportunities, project management of NPRC proposal pipeline, make updates to the proposal tracking system
- Prepare, maintain, update reporting for the NPRC and broader Strategic Pursuits Group (SPG)
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of recent demonstrated project management, proposal development, and marketing experience in a similar professional services or corporate environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited college/university; Master’s degree from an accredited college/university a plus or an additional three years of related work experience
- Experience in business development, preparing proposals, project management, marketing; able to work in a fast-paced changing environment and effectively project manage multiple assignments concurrently
- Strong analytic skills; have a good understanding of the service offerings of the firm and the marketing concepts behind effective proposal development; ability to negotiate resources and/or communicate with firm professionals to effectively serve our internal clients and enable the firm to win new business
- Effective relationship management skills and capability to work with individuals of a different culture
- An aptitude towards flexibility and change management, detailed oriented, and willingness to learn new skills; advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Salesforce, and similar computer skills required; SharePoint experience a plus
