KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Infrastructure Capital Projects & Climate Advisory (Broadband) in Infrastructure for our Deal Advisory practice.
- Lead and manage broadband and digital infrastructure advisory engagements, serving as a project manager or team leader
- Provide expert advice and insights on commercial, financial, funding, planning, and policy-related topics associated with federal and state broadband funding programs
- Advise state broadband offices on strategies for implementing federal and state funding programs, including GIS mapping, cost estimating, technical assistance, stakeholder engagements, and compliance with federal funding requirements
- Analyze, evaluate, and advise state broadband offices and state information technology clients on their broadband and digital infrastructure development plans
- Assist state broadband offices and state information technology clients in planning, program design, evaluation, and procurement strategies
- Manage the planning, design, procurement, and implementation phases of federal-state broadband funding programs, ensuring grant monitoring, compliance, and reporting
- Minimum seven years of recent experience as team lead on broadband and digital infrastructure advisory engagements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong documentation, records retention, and work paper organizational abilities
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed
