KPMG is currently seeking a Demand Manager, Sales Enablement to join our Advisory organization.
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for managing the overall demand intake process for all demand for the KPMG Engage platform
- Review, categorize, assess, prioritize and rationalize demand in preparation for assessment and approval; identify similar requests and consolidating demand
- Evaluate demand against overall roadmap and other program priorities as well as provide recommendations to drive delivery of backlog aligned to US and Global priorities
- Lead the US Demand Management Governance team in maintaining a current backlog; maintain demand prioritization criteria; apply lessons learned and a continuous improvement mindset to enhance the demand process overtime
- Collaborate with Global KPMG Engage team and leadership stakeholders on US Demand Management
- Assist with KPMG Engage special projects to help deliver new capabilities including but not limited to program management activities, requirement capture, and socialize with impacted stakeholders and leaders
Qualifications:
- Minimum eight years of recent experience focused on technology implementations
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, finance or related field; Master’s degree from an accredited college/university preferred
- Experience with managing demand for large enterprise platforms; background with Salesforce preferred
- Effectively lead large, complex team-based projects with varied levels of stakeholders and sponsors
