The Johns Manville Internal Audit Team is looking for an Internal Auditor based at our world headquarters in Denver, CO. In this Internal Auditor role, you will help plan, coordinate, and conduct operational and financial reviews of key business processes, evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, propose recommendations for practical improvement opportunities, and present results and proposals to management. You will further develop your systems and data analytic skills working with our global SAP platform. You will also have the opportunity for international travel. Your Day to Day: * Assist planning of assigned global audits. * Execute detailed audit procedures, including reviewing transactions, documents, reports, and policies & procedures to evaluate effectiveness of internal controls. * Prepare workpapers to record and summarize audit procedures. * Assist in report preparation to leadership to summarize the results of audit procedures performed. * Develop recommendations for corrective action/improvement. * Develop SAP skills and data analytic applications for audit projects * Assist in design, development, and application of data analysis solutions * Develop international business skills working with our global teams in North America, Europe and Asia What You Bring to the Team: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance or related areas * 1-3 years internal or external auditing, finance, or related areas * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work well with team members. * Effective problem-solving, writing, analytical, and project management skills * Self-starter; able to work both autonomously and in a team environment * Desire to pursue relevant professional certification within 18 months of hire * Willing to travel 10-15% to both domestic and international locations Incumbent must be physically able to perform essential job functions. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors.
