Our Accounting team has an opening due to an internal promotion and we are looking for our next Associate Financial Technician. This opportunity will allow you to work in a team environment but also offer you the chance to work autonomously. The purpose of this position is to accurately apply cash received to customer's account within 2 days of receipt and does not have any involvement related to collections. Applicants can expect to make between $41,000 to $51,000 upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for a target incentive bonus under our variable incentive plan. This position is based out of Denver, CO but we do have a flexible work arrangement which, by way of example, an employee's work week may include both some days at the employee's assigned company work location and some work days performed remotely from the employee's home. The schedule of remote work will be based on business and work needs as determined by management. Currently, this position requires work at the Denver, CO and is not fully remote. Your Day-to-Day * Processing customer service requests and customer refunds requests according to service level agreements * Filing all documentation pertaining to accounts receivable according to company file retention policy * Distributing backup documentation received in lock box to departments accordingly. * Processing retuned mail. What You Bring to the Team: * High School Diploma or GED * Strong math skills or book keeping experience * Basic understanding of accounting or banking * Knowledge of Outlook and Excel * ERP experience (SAP preferred) * Strong level of detail and organizations skills required * Customer Service Focus Benefits Johns Manville (JM) offers a wide range of benefits to employees.
